This is a quick demo that was requested. I find it easier to have a stool or wall next to you to start off. The main idea is to stay in perfect form and go straight. I did not do that well at all during this short demo. I tried to show that the front wheel can move to one side and the back wheel can move to the opposite side. This is what makes it more challenging too. I love riding on rollers because it is harder to do then normal riding. It takes a lot more energy
