Fixed Gear Republic Slow Down : Fixed Gear Track Stands

One thing that is great about fixed gear bikes is that they make us realize things and appreciate things we may have not appreciated before riding. One of these things is a fixed gear bike's unique ability to be able to stay in one place. Sometimes it is good to slow things down and take a moment to focus on track stands while everything else is moving so rapidly around you.

Check out the video below for what I'm talking about. Found on…

citrafunk and it begins!

I have been drawn to the fixie-single speed concept since I first saw a mug  crushing a big gear out by Cherry Creek Res....we were headed south on Jordan and he would catch and pass me after every light and had a really low cadence...  I guess tho that my love of fixie and Single…

nm boliek Simple Sound Go Round

Cadence is the interplay of the juxtaposed

A swarthing simple rhythm

cutting out a loop of solid state

my am my fm

my attack and descend

on corporate dead end

a global thrumming

distant humming

constant  drumming

Cadence is the interplay of the juxtaposed

Eric Petersen Wall Hung Handmade Wooden Bike Racks

I am an avid woodworking and bike enthusiast. I started making these wall-hung wooden bike racks a few years ago. It is a really unique interesting way to store your bike like a piece of art. They've been hanging on my wall ever since and are still holding strong. I decided to try to start showing these things a few months ago. I was introduced to this site by a friend a while ago and just decided I should probably start putting my stuff on here.

Probably the best way to check it out… Continue
