Hi Guys,First post.My BB is original to my Sputnik (which is 5yrs old) and I have basically no knowledge on BBs. Is it time to replace it? I have put approximately 9000 miles on the bike. I feel like the bike has lost it's smoothness and is harder to crank and I don't think I have gotten weaker (or not much weaker).Also, I have heard a lot about external Bottom Brakets being the way of the future.
