Kevin Inoue replied to DestrokK~'s discussion Pedals, cages, and whatnot

Kevin Inoue replied to james's discussion campagnolo wheels
"as long as you use a track hub, you should be able to use any type of hoop you want. if your not doing tricks you should be fine. if your jumping down stuff i would consider a different pattern, but as far as skids go your fine."

"not trying to bash on anyone, brakes or no brakes. however the name of this sight is, fixed gear republic. a coaster brake pretty much puts the bike in a completely different category in my opinion. "

Oh goodness.....yeah I know how to use the break. lol I actually RARELY use it because I DID learn how to slow down without using break and skid to a stop. Some guy at school does tricks and he taught me the slowing down and stopping stuff. He was proud of me cuz I learned in 20 mins. ha ha Thats the ONLY cool thing I know how to do. About the cog....NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS. I wasn't joking that I don't know much. what a dork I am. As for type of frame and such...theres seriously NO brand of any sort on it. Its cool. I like my bike no matter what. It was all black and i switched out the seat, chain, handlebar, pedal set and switched from free to fix. It looks ok for now. Thanks for the info.!!!! I'm always open to more.
