Keo Spin Help?

ok so i need some tips on how to do one...here's the deal.i do my backward circles clockwise.i understand that i'm supposed to pop it up when my right pedal is forward,but i do my no hand pop ups w/ my left foot forward.so it feels really weird to try the pop up w/ right forward.not to mention i feel like my arm swing is not even relative to the spin/pop action.if i ever do get the right leg to straighten and feel like i could maybe pop the front up using my power straps....i pretty much just…See More
