Benotto build

Hi yalll! I'm planning to convert an old Benotto this spring. Still have never build my own bike, so now is the time. I got a few questions,Is it possible to put the wheels and crankset from my Giant Bowery fixie on that Benotto I mentioned? Can i do this without having to modify the Benotto or buy any parts new? Reason for this idea is, I really hate the way my bowery frame feels when riding. It feels really stiff.
