Dvx x Cadence Milan size comparison

Alright so my vans of a year now are pretty trashed with all the noticeable signs of fixed wear and tear. I was thinking about trying out some of the dvs vs cadence milan's since theyre specially reinforced for fixed riding but I just wanted to know if the size is pretty similar to vans as i cant find a local store to try them on at.
