I'm curious what everyone thinks is the city with the best bicycle infrastructure. In the places I have lived, I think Denver has the best as far as bike paths go and city infrastructure for biking. What do you think?

I am from denver, and now am residing in Ft Collins. And as far as bike paths, I would say they are fairly close on par, ft collins having more (wider) bike lanes, and the drivers tend to me much more aware of bicyclists (big points) however I have found a list at some point, which named the top 10 bicycle friendly cities (ranked by places to lock, saftey and more) in the world, amsterdam being number 1, and I recall Boulder CO being in the top 5. I think generally leaving the states would not be a bad way to to go if you want safer streets.
from what i understand, portland oregon is the friendliest for bikes.
top five states in America,

1. Washington
2. Wisconsin
3. Arizona
4. Oregon
5. Minnesota

i'm just gonna assume the biggest city/capitol of each??
yes sir milwaukee is pretty bike friendly. 50% of the busy streets have bike lanes and not to hilly in the inner city
Amsterdam is #1 and I've heard a lot about Portland, OR. The whole city is connected by bike paths!
Austin Tx is pretty bike friendly, but I hear great things about Portland
