how much does your setup weigh?

I have been talking to a bunch of different fixie riders in the chicago area and elsewhere and they all talk in tones about "how light fixies are!" so i thought it would be interesting to hear about how much everyones setups weigh.

mine is roughly 21lbs, my girlfriend has an old CCM Galaxie cruiser, it's all steel and chrome and must weigh close to 50lbs. It's a b!tch getting it up and down staircases.

i'm at 18 but my next buildup is set to be aluminum/ carbon so i'm going to be looking at something lighter come springtime.

Aluminum one is 20.2
